Consistency vs Intensity

It’s easy to push intensity in a power practice… but going harder doesn’t always=better.

Intensity ...can be energizing. It can feel temporarily productive, but is hard to sustain, can override awareness and isn’t the full story.

The practice here at PPY is asking for something else...something that actually changes mind and body: consistency.

Why consistency?
-it rewires brain patterns.
-it physically strengthens.
-it improves awareness.
-it creates resilience.
-it sharpens focus.
-it builds endurance.

The real work is returning again and again. On days you feel great. On days you feel slow.
On days where it doesn’t feel like it matters.

Every one of them counts.
