Led by individual or a team of PPY instructors, workshops offer both an expanded and a more targeted view of your yoga practice. A hands-on, intimate setting affords students the opportunity to ask questions and receive more personalized instruction. Topics might include breath mechanics, pose progressions, and mindfulness and meditation—a chance to learn, play, explore. Rates vary.

With Kaisa Mann and Ali Cabana. This program is not about restriction. It’s about connection — to self and others. Together, we’ll dive into the tools of mindfulness and self-discovery to create REAL change in how you relate to substances (think: booze, weed, nicotine, junk food, social media + more). This isn’t a therapy group, a reason to feel shame and it’s definitely not about boring self-denial. Instead, it’s about challenging your inner narrative, understanding your biology and brain, redefining discipline as a superpower, building accountability and community, and making choices that align with your VALUES.
