New Classes!

Starting September 21, Portland Power Yoga is adding many new classes and have changed the times of others. We offer 33 classes per week. That’s over 42 hours of yoga! No matter what your schedule or lifestyle, we have a class for you.

Changes and additions include:

Early Morning Classes Monday – Friday 6:45 am Hour of Power Saturday 7:15 am All Levels (90 minutes)

Evening Classes – 7:45 pm (in addition to the 5:45 pm classes) Monday – Wednesday

Saturday Classes 7:15 am All Levels 9:00 am All Levels 11:00 am Basics 4:30 pm All Levels

Basics Classes Tuesday & Thursday 5:45 pm Saturday 11:00 am
