YOGA for Desk Jockeys

You sit for hours a day at your desk at work or at home.

After a day staring at the monitor you look more like Gollum than you'd like to admit.

Join Charles Terhune, senior teacher and co-owner of Portland Power Yoga, in a class designed specifically for those of us who sit at work all day typing, editing, gaming or simply surfing the web.  Charles will discuss posture, the benefits of a few simple yoga poses done throughout the day and the importance of a dedicated yoga practice in keeping the body strong and limber to enable the mind to stay focused and sharp.
