It takes time to learn anything new including yoga. Discipline and repetition over time is the key to success. Slowing down and paying attention to details can give you a whole new insight into the study of yoga while allowing for a deeper and more satisfying experience of practice that focuses on more than just a physical workout.
This is the premise for the program Square One. We will study and investigate the PPY power vinyasa flow over the course of four two-hour classes. You will sign up for the entire series so that the group can learn and grow together. This program is good for both first time students and experienced students as there is a specific format as guided by the teacher.
