Real Men Do Yoga


Think yoga is just for skinny, young, flexible men or women with years of experience in dance or movement? THINK AGAIN!!! As long as you can breathe and walk unassisted you can do Power Vinyasa Yoga and do it well.

 

Senior Teacher Charles Terhune - a big man himself at six foot six, knows directly from ten years of practice, experiential knowledge and study about moving a lot of man on a small amount of mat. But don’t think you have to be tall, overweight or injured to get something out of this workshop; all men can benefit from this workshop and the in depth study of the asana’s (poses) it will provide.

 

Charles will show you how to use what you have and move what you think you can't. By discussing poses, asking questions, learning modifications, proper alignment and adjustment for the major poses of the Power Vinyasa sequence, you will come to understand how to move with freedom and ease regardless of your size, shape, volume, mass or general condition.
