All proceeds from this special class will go to our friends at The Good Shepherd Food Bank. The Good Shepherd Food Bank feeds
more than 70,000 Maine people each month. These are Maine people facing harsh choices – between heat and life-saving medicine or food.
With $20 you can feed a family of four for a week. If you cannot attend the class and want to make a donation, please bring in
your contribution anytime.
Additionally, we are having a food drive. Please bring in donations of canned and dry goods throughout November.
So come down and get yourself stuffed full of yoga and help those in need on Thanksgiving Day!

M3: Music Movement Meditation
with Dr Savasana
Come spend an evening with Portland Power Yoga’s
own in-house DJ Dr. Savasana, ably assisted by Soul Surgeon,
He’s put together a mix of music to rock your body, open your
heart and energize your spirit! This is not aerobics or jazzercise, it's a special asana practice with music to enhance and move your soul!
This yoga class will include an extended savasana and end with a short meditation.
Light refreshments will follow after the class.

Arm Balances and Inversions

Leanr to take flight and go upside down with calmness and strength. All levels are welcome in this workshop on arm balances and inversions. Following vinyasa krama or stages, poeses to be covered include: Crow, Firefly, Twisting Scissors, Handstand, Headstand and Shoulderstand. Bring a sense of curiosity and play to this workshop as you learn to work with your sense of gravity.
