What is Power Vinyasa Yoga?
Power Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga practiced in a heated room. In this practice you sweat, stretch and move through a sequence of vigorous and uplifting asana's(yoga poses). Your breath, aided
by the lungs (the body's major organs of elimination) helps detoxify the muscle tissue while squeezing the tension out of the nervous system. The heat is very beneficial, further aiding the
detoxification process while allowing your muscles to gain a deeper access to strength and flexibility. Once heated and stretched, your muscles remain flexible even after your body cools down.
